Our Story

Many organizations face the same challenge: people are surrounded by technology, yet rarely given the space to understand it together. Non-technical teams are expected to adopt new tools without shared language, context, or confidence—and traditional training hasn’t bridged the gap.

The idea behind Skyline Insights started with a simple belief: learning is most effective when it’s clear, human, and connected to real work. Bringing teams into the same room with active practitioners fosters the understanding needed to manage change, make better decisions, and speak a common digital language.

This approach is based on the experience of John Nixon, who has spent 15 years working across communications, events, and learning, spanning the technology, entertainment, and banking sectors. His work has always focused on transparency, storytelling, and helping teams make sense of complex ideas in a way that feels practical, honest, and accessible.

What began as an experiment in more meaningful learning has developed into a structured method for building digital fluency across organizations. Skyline Insights continues to grow its practice while remaining true to the same principles that shaped it from the start: clarity, relevance, and human connection.
